We love sharing these stories!
Linda, I just had to tell you how much we appreciated the wonderful job you and your staff did for MR and MRS ABRAMS!!!!! We all had such a great time, the weather cooperated and Pat was a tremendous help to us.
All the waitstaff were terrific with some snooty cousins even singing their praises. Amy could not have been more helpful! The food was delicious and plentiful too.
Needless to say, Abbe was the most beautiful bride to ever have graced your establishment but it all just came together so beautifully.
Thanks again for everything and we will always sing praises to Warrington Country Club!

Hi Linda,
I just wanted to send a note of appreciation to you and the other wedding coordinator Linda for giving us a wonderful reception. We felt like we didn’t have to worry about anything and that you guys had us covered, which is what you want on such a hectic but exciting day. We had such an amazing time, the hall looked beautiful and the food was plentiful and delicious. Our guests complimented us on everything, thanks again for all of your help!

Some couples do not see the need to create a wedding registry, and many discover too late that it is something they should have done.
Wedding Registries make things easier for both yourself and your guests. You will be able to avoid returning gifts, finding space to store unwanted gifts and facing the ‘gift giver’ afterwards. And for your guests, they want to buy you something you can use and will love. Help them out by giving them some direction – a registry is the perfect way to do that.
Creating a registry can be a great way for you and your fiancé to imagine your future as you sit down and think about what you will need to create the type of life you want. Spend some time daydreaming together.

Fall is becoming a popular season for weddings. By bringing the beautiful rich colors into your wedding theme, you will set a tone of warmth and welcome.
Textures - Fall is all about texture – velvet, linen and ultra-suede add depth to your wedding décor.
Fall Flowers - Choose oranges, reds and browns for you fall wedding colors. But by adding a touch of white, they make these colors really pop.
Fall Wedding Cake – Instead of the traditional white cake, make the most of the season and think about a pumpkin cake or spice cake with cream cheese frosting. Or, perhaps for a lighter cake, maybe an almond lemon cake with lemon frosting.
Decorating - Of course, pumpkins can be used as centerpieces – but how about a cornucopia filled with fall apples. Remember, it’s harvest season so any grains like wheat and millet can help add to the atmosphere.
Centerpieces - For taller pieces perhaps willow branches and fall flowers – dahlias, sunflowers, calla lilies. If you want something a bit more formal, perhaps dark roses with the calla lilies.
Favors - Treat your guests to caramel apples, pumpkin spice soaps, or apple butter. Or how about a leaf-shaped bottle of maple syrup.
Warrington Country Club’s Award Winning Gardens can be the perfect place for your photos.

We like to share comments and feedback we receive from our brides. This one made our day!
I just wanted to thank you and the Warrington Country Club staff for a fabulous day. We all had a great time, and I have received many compliments from guests about how beautiful everything was, how delicious the food was, and how smoothly everything went. I would not hesitate to recommend your facility for any event. You were all truly wonderful and easy to work with. Thanks for making it a very special day for all of us. Even though you do weddings all the time, I never felt like this was just another one in your eyes. We felt special and “attended to” right from the beginning.
Please extend our thanks to everyone who had something to do with this day: the groundskeeper, the chef, the waitstaff, the bartender, and anyone else I failed to mention!
Sincerely, Susan Klapper

Below are some trends we are seeing for our Bucks County Weddings. See what you think:
Outdoor Ceremony in our Lovely Gardens
- Receptions “Gone Green”. Brides are adding earth friendly favors like wildflower seeds or donating to eco friendly charities in place of favors. Taking steps to lessen their carbon footprints, many Brides are having outdoor ceremonies and replacing plastic or glass centerpieces with pots of fresh plants and flowers. The centerpieces can then be gifts to your guests.
- Couples are using their family heritage as a theme to define their wedding by going back to the family traditions and incorporating the basics into their wedding. Popular themes we’ve seen have been the Irish wedding – with a pub at the reception and Jordan almond favors and cookie trays for the Italian wedding.
- Two wedding dresses. Some brides are choosing a traditional formal wedding dress for the ceremony and pictures and then changing into a shorter formal or tea length dress for the reception, leaving her tiara in her hair and taking off the veil.
- Splashes of color. Weddings have traditionally followed a neutral color scheme of solid ivory or white flowers. The latest trend is to use a color that pops in your wedding pictures by adding colorful bouquets for the wedding party and the reception tables.
- Writing your own vows is a trend that has been carried on. Couples need to say what they feel instead of repeating vows written by someone else many years ago. Write your own vows to give you a time to reflect on your relationship and marriage.
Remember your booking at Warrington Country Club includes
your own Personal Coordinator to the Wedding Party & Guests

The popular “staycation trend” unites with the honeymoon as couples skip the expense and carbon footprint associated with long distance travel in
 Staycation-Moon Bucks County
favor of romantic hometown adventures.
There are some ‘cons’ to the popular ‘destination wedding’:
- If you are marrying at a resort, someone you’ve no doubt never met is going to be managing all the details — from the wedding cake to flowers.
- The dollar is down right now. There was a time when Americans could stroll about for pennies a day, but those days are gone and no doubt will never come again.
- Planning from afar can add additional stress unless you hire a coordinator.
- You’ve signed the papers but may not actually be married! Not all marriage ceremonies conducted in your destination country may be recognized as legal in your home country.
- Relaxation may not be in the plans. Even though you may be bordered by sandy white beaches, the pre-wedding duties will most likely get in the way of your down time. And don’t expect a break once you say “I do” if the family is staying anywhere nearby. They may insist on your attention
So, what better place to plan your Wedding and “staycation-moon” than beautiful Bucks County where you can visit the museums, local theaters, parks, picnic, and enjoy romantic dining.
